The Sessions

This series of sessions invites pregnant mamas, babies and caregivers to simply enjoy a slow morning outdoors, surrounded by the grounding beauty of a private garden. The invitation is to connect, within, without and with one another, in a space intentionally curated to invite adults to see the world through babies eyes, and feel the world through all their senses...

Sounds, scents, textures, lights and shades, will be interwoven within Mother Nature's warm embrace.

A typical session flow

  • Welcome (one on one greeting)

  • Straight into flow (babies' time to explore)

  • Circle (a sweet and short acknowledgment of togetherness)

  • Goodbyes

Where and When

9:30am to 11:00am

Notes:

- Though picnic towels, rugs and soft blankies will be part of the set up, families are welcome to bring in whatever floor cover makes them feel more at home.
